We want to make your return process as smooth as possible so there is No Need To Email J4K— Just follow the steps below, and we will take care of the rest.

Wear And Tear On Goalkeeper Gloves.

Like ALL goalkeeper glove brands, J4K cannot guarantee glove palms or seams, as wear and tear can be affected by many factors outside our control, including poor or artificial playing surfaces, how the gloves are looked after, and the way a goalkeeper dives, lands, pushes up from the ground, and puts pressure through the gloves during use. Because of this, goalkeeper gloves can only be returned for an exchange or refund if they are unused and returned within 30 days, unless the item is confirmed by J4K to be faulty.

However, if you have followed all before-and-after-game care instructions and believe there may be a fault, please upload your images below and a member of our warehouse team will assess them.

Returning Products

You can return your item to J4K within 30 days of purchase, as long as it hasn’t been personalised and is in its original condition & packaging. If the packaging is missing or damaged, J4K reserve the right not to consider exchange or refund. We also reserve the right to charge to replace damaged or missing packaging.

Please note: J4K does not offer free returns, and original postage costs are non-refundable for exchanges or refunds.

Customers must return the product(s) to J4K at their own cost in the first instance. Once the item(s) have been received and inspected, if J4K deems the product(s) to be faulty, J4K will reimburse the return postage cost.

If J4K finds that the product(s) are not faulty and you would like the product(s) returned to you, you will be responsible for the return postage cost.

Reimbursement is limited to the cost of a standard tracked and signed delivery service only, up to a maximum of £5.99 / $9.99. Any postage costs above this amount, or costs for upgraded delivery services, will not be covered.

Choose a reliable courier. J4K strongly recommends using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for returns that are lost or delayed in transit.

Any goalkeeper gloves or gear that have been personalised with a name or other personal details cannot be exchanged or refunded unless the item is confirmed by J4K to be faulty.

Please ensure the product is clean and dry before returning. If a product(s) are wet, dirty, or have an odour, this may delay the process or result in the warehouse team refusing to deal with your return.

Returned items are usually processed quickly, but please allow 3 to 7 days from the date we receive them.

IMPORTANT: Once you have confirmation that J4K has received your return, there is no need to email for updates, as this will not speed up the process. The warehouse team will contact you once your return has been processed.

Your return is your responsibility until it reaches us. J4K does not collect parcels from post offices or pickup locations.
